Council Meetings
Full Council meetings are held on either the second or third Thursday each month at 6:00pm in the meeting room at Bramley Village Hall. There is no meeting during August, unless there is urgent Council business to consider. All the Council's meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend to raise issues of interest or concern.
Previous Council meetings
The official record of a Council meeting is usually approved at the following meeting. The latest minutes together with the approved record of earlier meetings can be consulted on this site. For access to earlier records than are published here, please contact the Parish Clerk.
Planning Review Committee meetings
The Council's Planning Review Committee usually meets fortnightly on Thursdays at 5:00 pm remotely via Zoom to consider the latest local planning applications. When the date of the Planning Review Committee meeting coincides with a Full Council meeting, the Planning meeting will take place within the Council meeting (currently starting at 6:00pm in Bramley Village Hall). The Committee's comments are submitted to Waverley Borough Council. All its meetings are open to the public. The list of current planning applications to be reviewed can be viewed here.
Previous Planning Review Committee meetings
The official record of Planning Review Committee meetings is usually approved at each full Council meeting. The comments from the Parish Council can be viewed by either visiting the Planning section of Waverley Borough Council's website or by visiting the Bramley Parish office.

Annual Assembly
There is also an annual assembly of the Parish, at which the Chairman of Council gives a report on the previous year’s activities, and then leads a Questions and Answers session. This meeting provides a greater opportunity for residents to discuss local issues with Council members in a more informal setting. This meeting must take place between 1st March and 1st June each year.
